Malcolm Clarke is a Reader in Telemedicine and eHealth Systems in the Department of Information Systems and Computing, Brunel University.

He is former chair of the American Telemedicine Association Special Interest Group in Technology and is on CEN, HL7, IEEE and ISO committees working on standards for medical devices.

Dr Clarke has a unique combination of expertise in communications, engineering and systems design with experience of working in the medical field for 20 years.
