Projects

The School of Science and Technology is currently running two development and research projects, both of which promote and support the two Master programmes in Information and Communication Technology Systems and Energy Systems.

More specifically, the “Virtual Labs” project is preparing virtual laboratory experiments that will support the teaching activities for the two Master programmes.

The “Intelligent IHU” project is preparing a hardware and software infrastructure that will automate several procedures on the IHU campus, in order to minimize its energy footprint, i.e., a building management system that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment, such as HVAC systems, lighting, power, fire and security systems and supporting Green IT.
